- Internet Marketing Overview - This is a short presentation, suitable to use with customers, where we review the IH sevices. It should be used when there is time to walk a prospect through our offering.
- Internet Marketing for the Medical Professional - This is a very details (and long) presentation, suitable to use with customers BUT either in a "lecture setting" or when you want to delve into more detail on a particular topic. The presentation is probably too long to go through in its entirety and it is intended more for "more detail" when clients ask for it.

- SEM Strategies for the Sales Team - an INTERNAL document that covers the SEM, SEO and PPC knowledge required by an IH Sales Associate.
- SEM Handout "What is Included" with hosting levels that include SEM - Detailed | Abreviated - an EXTERNAL document that explains the SEM services included in some of our hosting packages that include SEM. Please check the Product Sheet for details on which hosting packages include SEM.

Recorded Conference Calls & Training
- PB Website Evaluation (Long Evaluation) Conference Call - This is a conference call held on 3/18/09 where we reviewed the content of the PB Website Evaluation done by IH staff and discussed the importance of each question and how to explain these to a prospect. We also reviewed an actual evaluation and discussed how to still sell this customer on services even though the website had a relatively good score. The conference call is about 90 minutes.
- PB Website Evaluation (Short Evaluation on the PB Website) Conference Call - This is a conference call held on 3/18/09 where we reviewed the short self evaluation that prospects can perform on the PB website. We discussed what each question means and how to explain the results to prospects.
