Recently, orthopedic professionals from across the country descended upon the Windy City to attend the American Association of Orthopedic Executives (AAOE) conference. From April 26th through April 29th, healthcare professionals and their business partners came together to discuss the most prominent matters in the industry.
Advanced Bone & Joint’s CEO Jim Kidd and iHealthSpot’s Agency Director Dyana Gebauer gave a presentation titled, “Marketing Metrics Every Orthopedic Practice Should Track.” Speaking to 50 attendees, Jim and Dyana shared their time-tested formula for maximizing return on investment with digital marketing that continuously brings in new referrals.

Dozens of conference attendees engaged with our team members to discuss both practice marketing solutions our agency and EHR solutions provided by our parent company, Medical Advantage. The most discussed topics were geotargeting, the data privacy concerns of tracking, and Google Performance Max campaign tracking.
This event was another opportunity for iHealthSpot to encourage specialty businesses to be more proactive in nurturing their brand and recruiting new patients. In recent years, maintaining a sustainable patient base has become more challenging with patient loyalty on a steep decline and new market entrants on a steady incline.
